This remote role involves managing multiple responsibilities including event operations and logistics, administrative marketing support, and marketing campaign tracking, ensuring smooth operation so that the team can focus on delivering strategic marketing initiatives. - Own and continuously update the events calendar, handling all related scheduling and requests
- Manage logistics for multiple events, including the submission of third-party event forms, coordinating event shipping for larger shows, and ordering and managing inventory of promotional items
- Coordinate with external vendors including freight and logistics providers, catering services, audiovisual suppliers, rental providers, fabrication vendors, etc.
- Support channel marketing managers by handling contract renewals, tracking approvals, managing purchase orders, and overseeing budget reviews
- Assist in the setup of new vendor/customer accounts and manage ongoing vendor compliance and relationships
- Track and compile marketing campaign results and other relevant data to optimize future marketing strategies and initiatives
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role within a corporate environment
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills to handle various tasks efficiently
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively with team members
- General knowledge of physical and digital event production processes (pre-planning, on-site execution, post-production) with a demonstrated understanding of event logistics and marketing operations
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for event calendar management and PowerPoint for managing marketing dashboards
- Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred
