Dave is the visionary and tireless leader of Liaison, a company that grew out of his passion for serving others. He recognized the need and had the drive to connect the dots between creative talent and the companies that need it.
Dave graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a computer science degree and spent the early part of his career working in prepress and digital imaging before founding Liaison in 1991. Over the years, he has served on the Board of Directors for several volunteer organizations including the local chapters of the Austin Advertising Federation and the Printing and Imaging Association of Mid-America, the Kathy Dunn Hamrick Dance Company, the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, and E4 Youth. Dave was voted “Ad Man of the Year” by the Austin Advertising Federation and presented with their Silver Service Award. He was given the “Volunteer of the Year Award” by the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and selected as “Citizen of the Year” and “Westlake Hero” by the Westlake Chamber of Commerce.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Dave is an amateur woodworker specializing in cabinetry and woodturning. He enjoys traveling the world with his wife Susan and their two sons.

Mora moved to Austin from the DFW area, but spent her life moving to new locations around the US and Europe. She and her family share their home with a beautiful & affectionate Snowshoe Siamese cat, a slightly crazy, but brilliant Jindo dog and various fish.
Amy is the financial brain of Liaison, responsible for managing and operating the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, cash management, general ledger, reporting/forecasting and, last but certainly not least, payroll, making her the fan favorite of Liaison’s employees.
This Waco native always knew accounting was her vocational path, proven by her summa cum laude status upon graduating from Baylor University with a dual degree in finance and accounting. She also received her CPA license in 1994. Who needs a calculator when you have Amy nearby?
Amy tossed her graduation hat in the air in 1991, left Waco for Austin and can’t imagine living anywhere else. When Amy isn’t whipping Liaison’s books into shape, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, one son, three dogs, two cats and a partridge in a pear tree.
The biggest animal lover at Liaison, she once ran a cat rescue nonprofit called Amy Beth Kitties. Amy now fosters dogs and cats with Second Chance Mason Animal Rescue, nursing the pets to good health and adopting them out to fill her friends’ and family’s homes with love in the form of four-legged children.
As the Director of Talent Strategy, Scott is driven to pay it forward every day. Early in his career someone gave him a chance, helping him bridge his skills and ambition into an opportunity that was mutually beneficial for his career and the company. This is his daily motivator at Liaison.
He harnesses the power of his training in mechanical engineering and commercial art to herd creative cats on the daily. Scott has a wide range of experience as a metaphorical shepherd, working in a variety of roles including Creative Director in Educational Publishing, consulting with National Geographic School Publishing, and Project Management with Industrial Designers at Dell.
Scott followed his brother from the frigid plains of Minnesota to Austin, and has been here ever since. At home Scott actually herds two kids and two cats. He volunteers with E4 Youth, an Austin-based organization that connects underserved students in the area to multifaceted creative industries. In his spare time he enjoys road biking, long boarding, and can often be found sketching and dabbling in silk screening.

Jennifer graduated with a graphic design degree from Texas State University, but soon found that she enjoyed interacting with clients more than sitting behind a computer. Account service soon became her passion. As the general manager of one of Liaison’s onsite groups in Austin, TX and St. Paul, MN, Jennifer helps our creative and account teams deliver high-quality marcom services to our corporate clients.
Jennifer grew up in the Houston area, lived in Dallas for a short period and then settled in Austin in 1995. You can usually find her on or around a soccer field with her daughter, who plays for a select club team. When there is a break from soccer, Jennifer enjoys spending time at the coast or volunteering with Central Texas Food Bank and R.O.C.K., the Ride on Center for Kids.
After starting out as a graphic designer over 20 years ago, David continues to follow his passion for creativity by managing Liaison’s onsite creative services group in St. Paul, MN. David and his team provides a variety of creative marcom services including graphic design, web development, digital imaging and video, and more. He works closely with the key stakeholders in each client division to make sure our team is meeting their high expectations and delivering extraordinary service at all times.
A proud graduate of the University of St. Thomas, David majored in Advertising with minors in Marketing and Spanish. He continues to stay involved with the university by mentoring students who are considering careers in marketing or advertising.

When not riding, he spends time advocating for safer streets for pedestrians and cyclists. He also loves to spend time on remote, back-country canoe and camping trips in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. David is also on a competitive bocce ball league.
With 20 years of eclectic marketing, communications, and client service experience, Bruce brings a unique perspective to Liaison's account service team. Bruce migrated from the deep south of Alabama to deep in the heart of Texas in 1996, and took a job as an accounts payable clerk at a small marketing agency, where he bonded with his soon-to-be-wife over shared stints as copy editors at university newspapers. From there he moved into account service, and worked as an account executive at T3 before joining Liaison to work on the sponsorship marketing team at AMD. After a brief foray into sports marketing with a startup agency, Bruce took an online project management role at Dell. He returned to Liaison in 2014 to manage marketing projects for one of the largest professional services consultancies in the world, where he now serves as senior account manager.
Bruce spends his free time walking creeks looking for fossils and artifacts, longboarding, and cycling around Austin. He is an avocational archeologist and paleontologist, assisting in excavations of paleo-Indian camp sites, a Cretaceous-era mosasaur, and the fully articulated skeleton of an extinct bison, soon to be on display at a central Texas museum. He and his wife Claire recently celebrated their 15th anniversary. She puts up with his puns and generally agrees about the necessity of the Oxford comma.
