Liaison Creative + Marketing has a hybrid, full-benefits opportunity for a Marketing Business Planning Program Manager. We seek a confident and organized professional with 2-4 years of experience working within a large enterprise organization, preferably related to computer hardware. You will be pivotal in ensuring marketing and business initiatives are on track for a global technology leader across multiple teams. This team is based out of Austin, Texas, and we can only consider candidates currently residing in the area who are open to hybrid work and will commute onsite several times a week.
- Ensure alignment to timelines and planning milestones, identify risks, and initiate mitigation planning and execution for the marketing business program
- Partner with the Manager for Marketing Business Planning to provide end-to-end reporting for the key marketing and business inflections (budget approval and load tracking, playbooks, and regional plan approvals)
- Prepare agenda items, facilitate the core team meetings, track and resolve the action items
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and maximize program status reporting
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- Prior experience in a Project Manager role (2-4 years) with recent experience in Program Management or a role with a similar level of accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business operations or related field
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Interpersonal and communications skills and ability to interact with all levels of leadership in a global enterprise organization
- Understanding of the marketing lifecycle process and the milestones associated with marketing and business development
- Program management fundamentals as applied to a large and complex organization
- Exposure to computer hardware in the semiconductor industry, as well as marketing, is a plus
- A self-starter who can take the lead in identifying priorities and a personality that quickly builds trust and collaboration with teams
Skills:
- Project management and scheduling tools (Smartsheets a plus)
- Proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
