Overview: Perform quality assurance for marketing assets for a global company and upload assets to Adobe Experience Manager

Location: Remote from listed states

Compensation: Based 2-4 years of experience.

We are hiring a self-motivated Digital Asset Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll manage the quality assurance (verify source, format, metadata) of digital marketing assets for medical products and upload content into Adobe Experience Manager. A sharp eye for detail, experience with any DAM platform, and a proactive work ethic are essential for success. This is a full-time remote position with benefits, and we can only consider candidates who currently reside in these states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.

  • Quality assurance of marketing, training, and corporate documents before upload to Adobe Experience Manager
  • Review PDFs, PowerPoints, and videos for metadata, file type, identify placed image source, and match them with assets stored in the system; work with product managers to identify and label sources
  • Upload finalized and verified assets to the Adobe Experience Manager
  • Maintain the asset tracking log and collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies or missing data

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • Must have 2 years of experience where the majority of your role was managing assets and working with a DAM for high volumes of work
  • Degree in Library Information Sciences or Management Information Systems
  • Deep understanding of metadata structures, taxonomy, and rights management
  • Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred
  • Skilled in coordinating complex workflows with minimal oversight who takes initiative and impeccable follow-through
  • Ability to take good notes on process and action items, and keep organized and work prioritized
  • Experience with medical or clinical imagery a plus

Skills:

  • Windows OS expertise required
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise-level DAM software is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Basics of using Adobe Creative Suite applications for saving files
