Overview: Provide LMS support for the partner loyalty program to improve partner success and product adoption.

Compensation: Based on 3-5 years of experience
Liaison is looking for a results-driven Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator: Sales and Partner Enablement Coordinator to support the partner loyalty program at a leading technology company that develops high-performance computing, graphics, and visualization technologies. This isn't a sit-back-and-watch role – you'll be the problem-solving force behind LMS administration, content management, and partner communications.
- Manage the partner learning platform inbox and respond to user questions regarding rewards, training, and platform navigation
- Communicate directly with the LMS vendor (Net Exam) to troubleshoot issues and test platform fixes
- Collaborate with content owners across Business Units to upload, test, and maintain training content
- Support bi-weekly email communications to our partner network
- Test LMS functionality after every update to ensure optimal user experience
- Work with instructional designers to package content aligned with key product launches and initiatives
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including partner registration, verification, and reward store management
- Maintain content calendars and audit platform performance
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 3-5 years of hands-on LMS experience
- 3+ years of B2B experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or training indirect sales teams
- Experience with enterprise partner training platforms or technology company learning environments (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Proven project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across Business Units
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field (preferred)
Skills:
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience (Net Exam, Cornerstone, Litmus or similar platforms)
- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
