Liaison Creative + Marketing is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager with B2B event and marketing experience for our Fortune 50 client's Cyber Risk and Regulatory Services team, specifically supporting Investigations and Forensics initiatives. We're looking for candidates with 5-7 years of B2B enterprise experience with events and marketing. You'll be the force behind high-impact events and marketing initiatives supporting multiple teams in the cyber risk space. You'll coordinate receptions, round tables, and webcasts while providing comprehensive marketing and web publishing support. The position was secured through July 2026 and has a strong potential for extension. This is a fully remote role – but we can ONLY consider candidates in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and cyber risk-specific marketing plans with full project management
- Coordinate event logistics including sponsorship deliverables, lead follow-up reporting, and vendor coordination for 50+ annual events
- Manage reception venues for 100-person receptions and 50-person dinners, handling logistics
- Support round tables and webcasts, both virtual and in-person formats
- Publish monthly thought leadership content ensuring brand compliance and visual appeal for web publication
- Track metrics on content-related leads and manage social media posting to promote content
- Maintain website pages with current information and create promotional materials using design tools
- Support team operations including asset management and invoice processing
- Utilize CVENT for event management and upload reporting documentation to WorkFront
- Maintain Salesforce data and leverage Einstein Analytics to distill marketing intelligence
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience on an enterprise marketing team
- A resume that clearly shows experience in coordinating in-person and virtual events, overseeing logistics, and handling event marketing and analytics
- A background in large corporate marketing environments is required, with a preference for those in Fortune 1000, tech, software, or professional services companies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times
- Strong service attitude with ability to support cross-functional teams effectively
- Prior marketing experience in cyber risk, regulatory services, or investigations/forensics is preferred
