Liaison Creative + Marketing is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager with B2B event and marketing experience for our Fortune 50 clients' Industries, Clients, & Markets team. We're looking for candidates with 5-7 years of B2B enterprise experience with events and marketing. You'll be the force behind high-impact events and marketing initiatives in one of the following verticals: Cyber, Financial Services, Health Industries, Technology/Media/Telecom, Consumer Markets, or Industrial Products. You'll orchestrate webcasts and industry conferences while providing comprehensive marketing support. The position was secured through July 2026 and has a strong potential for extension. This is a fully remote role – but we can ONLY consider candidates in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and industry-specific marketing plans with full project management
- Coordinate event logistics including sponsorship deliverables, nurture campaigns, webinars, breakout sessions, and onsite experiences
- Manage digital content for websites, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials
- Maintain Salesforce data and track KPIs for events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives
- Develop relationships with senior executives, client leaders, and alliance partners
- Support budget management, reporting, and various tactical tasks including presentation development
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level
- A resume that clearly shows experience in coordinating in-person and virtual events, overseeing logistics, and handling event marketing and analytics.
- A background in large corporate marketing environments is required, with a preference for those in Fortune 1000, tech, software, or alliance-based companies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, create and maintain schedules, provide clear status updates, and organize project documentation effectively.
- Prior marketing experience in the following verticals is preferred: Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Markets, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecomm) and Industrial Products
Skills:
- Microsoft Suite
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics)
- Familiarity with Martech platforms and tools (email automation, web CMS, etc.)
