Liaison Creative + Marketing is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager who understands the enterprise rhythm—someone who can drive event excellence while navigating our Fortune 50 client's Industries, Clients & Markets team. You'll be the force behind high-impact events and marketing initiatives in one of the following verticals: Financial Services, Health Industries, Technology/Media/Telecom, Consumer Markets, or Industrial Products. We're looking for someone who "gets" B2B marketing—we need a professional with 5-7 years of enterprise experience who's lived the pressure, worn many marketing hats, and delivers results when it matters most. You'll orchestrate webcasts and industry conferences while providing comprehensive marketing support. Position secured through July 2026 with strong potential for extension. This is a fully remote role – but we can ONLY consider candidates in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and industry-specific marketing plans with full project management
- Coordinate event logistics including sponsorship deliverables, nurture campaigns, and onsite experiences
- Manage digital content for websites, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials
- Maintain Salesforce data and track KPIs for events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives
- Develop relationships with senior executives, client leaders, and alliance partners
- Support budget management, reporting, and various tactical tasks including presentation development
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level
- Experience working in a large corporate marketing environment is required; Fortune 1000, tech, software, and/or alliances are strongly preferred
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience managing multiple projects, developing schedules, effectively communicating status updates, and keeping projects and documents organized
- Experience with in-person/virtual events and managing related logistics
- Deep expertise in event management and digital campaign delivery
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and executives
- Prior marketing experience in the following verticals is preferred: Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Markets, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecomm) and Industrial Products
- While this team works primarily remotely from home offices, we can only consider candidates already based in Texas with a preference for the Austin area
Skills:
- Google Suite
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics)
- Familiarity with Martech platforms and tools (email automation, web CMS, etc.)
