Liaison Creative has an opportunity for an emerging Marketing Manager to join our team with our client, a global leader in the semiconductor space. This is a full-benefit role onsite in San Jose, so we only seek candidates in this area. In this role, you will coordinate outbound marketing initiatives and execute campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, social media, and digital advertising. This role is until 4/2026, with the possibility of an extension based on business needs.

• Plan, Execute, and Optimize Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (email, social media, etc.) to meet business objectives
• Manage Campaign Timelines: Oversee the timelines for marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on schedule and to the highest standard
• Monitor Campaign Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders
• Analyze Data: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for campaign optimization
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and product messaging

How to be a top candidate for this job:

• Marketing Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in outbound marketing, campaign management, and/or program management
• Roles related to marketing must be clearly evident on your resume
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify key trends, and use web metrics tools to assess campaign performance
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns
• using team collaboration and project management tools (Jira and Confluence).

Skills:

• Jira, Confluence, and Workfront are a plus
• Familiarity with GitHub repository management
