As a Marketing Program Manager with 2-4 years of experience, you'll be the master architect of converting strategy into execution, working with global teams to transform marketing strategies into reality. This full-benefits role requires candidates to be currently located in the greater Austin, Texas, area and to work onsite Mondays and Wednesdays, plus one flex day a week on our client's campus in southwest Austin.

  • Own and evolve the business and marketing cycle planning program and process across business units, sales, and national/regional product marketing with an eye for process improvement initiatives
  • Lead bimonthly strategic planning sessions with teams, managing all pre- and post-logistics and ensuring that teams identify and follow up on action items
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive timeline planning for marketing initiatives and budget rollout for launch readiness
  • Create and track critical milestone calendars and project trackers (Smartsheet) with a keen sense of when to proactively address items before they escalate
  • Guide forecasting and segment marketing strategies for future planning cycles and present strategic recommendations
  • Build relationships and foster productive engagement and participation

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 2-4 years of marketing project or program management experience (required), preferably with a large B2B enterprise semiconductor or hardware technology company
  • Experience managing multiple complex initiatives and marketing projects working across fact-moving teams
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, business operations, or a related field
  • Current or previous involvement in some form of strategic planning
  • Supervisors and coworkers would describe you as influential, proactive, and big picture-thinking but can quickly transition to tactical tasks
  • Onsite in Austin three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, plus flex day)

  • Project management software like Smartsheet or other
  • Microsoft Office 365 and skilled with PowerPoint
