• Lead content strategy development for AI and software products, including audience definition, user journeys, and content mapping
• Write and optimize technical content that effectively communicates complex solutions to sophisticated audiences
• Create detailed wireframes and content specifications in collaboration with UX/UI design teams
• Conduct proactive analysis of web analytics to identify optimization opportunities and trends
• Manage stakeholder relationships and content request prioritization
• Monitor competitor content and develop strategies to differentiate messaging
• Apply SEO best practices to improve content discoverability
