Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opportunity for a Senior Brand Measurement Manager to join our team supporting a Fortune 50 enterprise professional services company. This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the development and implementation of a global brand measurement program across 150 territories. This is a full-time, full-benefits position for a senior brand leader with 7-10 years of global enterprise experience. CT and ET time zone candidates preferred.
- Design and oversee the collection and analysis of comprehensive qualitative and quantitative data aimed at revealing actionable insights aligned with the brand and business goals. This includes competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, client insight development, customer experience strategy, and brand diagnostics
- Drive network-wide awareness of the brand’s impact on business results and client engagement, utilizing measurements and insights to continuously enhance the global market position and shape brand activation strategies globally and in various territories
- Leverage data to develop customer insights that inform brand positioning (including naming, positioning, and messaging), strategy development, and roadmaps for growth
- Develop processes for and conduct ongoing trend spotting and market dynamic studies
- Deliver clear, concise stories, including translating complex analytical findings into easy-to-understand and compelling insights
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 7 to 10 years of brand/marketing measurement experience coordinating and managing internal and external research collaborators
- A leader who can handle multiple initiatives in parallel with a high level of quality and consistency
- Experience as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and the business to influence how the practice engages with the marketplace to drive relevance, distinctiveness, and growth
- Mastery in marketing and sales capabilities, including sales, marketing, and integrated content in a B2B context
- Proficiency using marketing automation systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferable
- Experience with SEO and Google Analytics
- Understanding marketing mix modeling, digital media analysis, business-focused analytics, advertising effectiveness analysis, and/or other related statistical modeling experience
- Experience with field experiments, experimental design, survey sampling, and/or panel data
- International experience and working with remote teams and time zones is a plus
- Willing to travel quarterly domestically and/or internationally
