Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opportunity for a Senior Brand Governance and Automation Manager to join our team supporting a Fortune 50 enterprise professional services company. This role will play a pivotal part in a major brand reposition via the development and execution of brand guidelines, governance processes, and automation efforts. This is a full-time, full-benefits, position for a senior brand leader with 7-10 years of global enterprise experience. CT and ET time zone candidates preferred.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines, the creation of a world-class brand management system, and the implementation of a brand help desk
- Design a global brand governance system with clear guidance, approval, and feedback processes
- Partner with digital MarTech teams to implement a Digital Assessment Management (DAM) system to deliver brand standards and promote best practices across all channels.
- Oversee the brand creative team to introduce automated tools to help create and deliver a global library of assets, guidelines, and processes, including templatized solutions and AI-driven practical tools to manage and control output
- Maintain knowledge of branding trends and the latest tools in automation to apply new thinking and innovation to programs
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 7 to 10 years of brand/marketing experience with global brands, overseeing creative finalization and deployment
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple initiatives with a focus on quality and consistency
- International experience, including working with remote teams and diverse time zones
- Experience in brand governance roles within financial services, professional services, CPG, technology, or telecommunications
- Open-minded, enthusiastic about trying new tactics and tools, and experienced leveraging AI tools for brand
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Willing to travel quarterly domestically and/or internationally
