Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opportunity for a Senior Brand Education Manager to join our team supporting our Fortune 50 enterprise consulting services client. This role focuses on creating education programs across a global enterprise organization to drive brand awareness and application of the brand. We seek 7-10 years of experience in a role championing brand within large enterprise organizations. CT and ET time zone candidates preferred.
- Develop and introduce brand education programs across the network to drive consistent high-quality activation of the brand across the network for a more consistent client experience, appreciation, and application of brand and accountability to partners/staff
- Champion understanding of the brand for employees through content and programming designed for specific audiences across the business
- Identify and assess training needs, create tailored training plans, and implement training methods to enhance employees’ skills
- Measure and monitor training effectiveness revising and strengthening training to ensure employees are engaged in the most relevant and timely education
- Work with HR, Risk, and Legal cross-functional teams at a global/territory level to implement training consistently
- Work with content teams to showcase best-in-class application of the brand across audiences and touchpoints
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 7 to 10 years brand/marketing education, training, and storytelling experience, coordinating and managing internal and external content creators and digital deployment vehicles for content in financial services, professional services, technology, or telecommunications sectors
- Experience as a brand champion and brand ambassador to positively influence education content engagement
- Proficiency in building and managing relationships across marketing functions, business, and a global network (Legal, Risk, Compliance, and People Operations)
- Experience working with marketing content development agencies and systems from content creation through to deployment across the network
- International experience and working with remote teams and time zones is a plus
