Overview: Lead efforts to optimize the user experience with a Digital Asset Management system for the worldwide marketing organization

Location: Austin Texas preferred

Compensation: Based on 2-4 years of experience

Hours/Duration: Full-time, ongoing

Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a full-time, full benefits remote UX Designer. As a part of the Digital Asset Management team for the worldwide marketing organization, you'll focus on optimizing and improving the user experience and streamline accessing and finding content/assets from a corporate DAM. You will map the journeys that led users to digital assets, seek opportunities to improve the UX with assets, recommend metadata and taxonomy changes, support compliance and governance, and build guided access to content. Your 2-4 years of experience with user-centered design solutions gained from previous roles across Digital Marketing, Design, Content Strategy, Content Management, or User Experience Journeys UX/UI will be key to your success. Candidates in Austin, Texas are a preference but we are ready to hire a fully remote employee who can collaborate during business hours with a preference in these states: CA, CO, FL, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.

  • Be part of a highly collaborative team that that supports the central asset system that ties together content operations
  • Partner with brand marketers, creative designers, project managers, agencies, PR, product, and localization teams to support content effectiveness and drive the best user experience with digital assets
  • Work closely with users who are searching for content/assets to identify and clearly define projects that will address their searching pain points
  • Lead and execute projects that will optimize and improve the user experience and streamline searching for content
  • Work with the in-house creative team to design and layout pages within the content management system (CMS) to streamline content discovery
  • Provide support to accelerate strategic content projects (uploading and tagging files, building out pages within the CMS)
  • Support management of content syndication vendor and program, which enables digital content to be featured on tech hardware product sites at e-tailers online

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • Background in Digital Marketing, Design, Content Strategy, or Content Management with a focus on User Experience Journeys UX/UI creating user centered experiences
  • 2-4 years of experience using a digital asset management (DAM) tools and CMS

  • Experience with content distribution or content syndication solutions
  • Some experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent social and oral/written communication skills with a strong emphasis on presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, and a drive for high-quality work that exceeds project expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Library Science, Information Science, Communication Management, Archival Science, or related field

Skills:

  • Proficiency with any CMS like but not limited to: Tenovos, Censhare, Sitecore, Orange Logic (Cortex), or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Adobe Creative Suite basics
