Compensation: Based on 2-4 years of experience.

Hours/Duration: Full-time, ongoing

Liaison Creative has a full-time, full-benefits, hybrid opportunity for an Associate Digital Project Manager. On our client's Marketing PMO team, a global high-performance computing leader, this will be a great opportunity in digital project management, delivering web launch projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your 2-4 years of experience in traffic management, managing requests, project coordination, and understanding digital creative processes will be essential. This role will also support the planning, execution, and delivery of web launch projects. The team is primarily based in Austin, Texas, but we are ready to hire a fully remote employee who can collaborate during central time business hours, based in one of the states in which we do business: FL, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.

  • Be part of a team with recognized leadership and strong mentoring
  • Queue Management: Review and prioritize project requests and assign to PMs
  • Digital Project Coordination: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with web publishing specialists, designers, copywriters, and developers
  • Timeline Management: Create project timelines; track milestones and deadlines
  • Communication: Point of contact for project status updates, ensuring everyone is informed of project progress
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues and roadblocks
  • Documentation: Maintain records of project details, changes, and communications
  • Process Improvement: Assess and refine traffic management processes and propose improvements
  • Collaborate: Work with team leads to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for web launch products

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in traffic management, project coordination, or a related role within a web development or digital environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with remote and diverse teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and conflicts constructively
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative team player with the capacity to work cross-functionally
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a solid understanding of project management principles and web development processes
  • The team is primarily based in Austin, Texas, but we are ready to hire a fully remote employee who can collaborate during central time business hours based in one of the states in which we do business: FL, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI. Skills:

  • Experience with project management software; Workfront experience is a big plus.
