Compensation: Based on 3-5 years of experience
Hours/Duration: Full-time ongoing
Liaison Creative + Marketing has an immediate full-time, full-benefits opportunity for a Global Brand Program Manager. As the recognized point of contact on the Global Brand Team, you will support global brand initiatives, programs, and campaigns. Your 4-6 years of corporate project management experience and strong skills in written communications will be essential. This is a hybrid role (2-4 days a month onsite), and we prefer Austin, Texas-area candidates but will consider well-matched candidates to work fully remote (US only) from these target states: FL, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, TN, TX, VA, UT, and WI.
- Be part of a small international team with an inspired leader and great mentors
- Brand ambassador and the main point of contact for internal brand activation, employee advocacy initiatives, and establishing a network for activation of brand asset activation
- Drive clarity, alignment, communications, and efficient workflows across brand projects to a high standard, on time, and budget
- Monitor progress/manage meetings and keep teams informed with concise updates/minutes
- Manage the global brand calendar and deliverables for events initiatives and communications (Newsletter, regional updates, employee brand advocacy activities, and brand forums)
- Contribute to brand strategy and development
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 4-6 years of corporate project management experience, preferably with both B2B + B2C technology, either client or agency side
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or a business-related field
- Program Management or Project Management certification
- Experience managing multiple enterprise-sized projects defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments and global teams.
- Skilled at corporate level editorial and writing (emails, newsletters, executive comm reports)
Skills:
- SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Workfront are highly desirable
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft 365, with intermediate working experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics
- Organized, skilled in prioritizing multiple deliverables, and work well in a deadline-driven environment where priorities are often changing and need to be rebalanced
