Overview: Join our collaborative Project Management team supporting marketing content for a Fortune 50 global leader

Location: Remote, Austin, TX

Compensation: Based on 4-6 years of experience

Hours/Duration: Full-time, ongoing

Liaison Creative + Marketing has a remote, full benefits opportunity for an Austin-based Marketing Project Manager. As part of a tight-knit team supporting our Fortune 50 client, the focus is on tactical support for B2B communications and content (thought leadership, online marketing, virtual events, sales enablement, and website projects). This is a great fit for a corporate-savvy marketing PM who values variety, client services, managing marketing writing projects, and is looking to become part of a highly regarded global brand on a small team. PLEASE NOTE: While this team all works remotely, we are only hiring someone who is in the central Texas area.

  • Work in parallel with several Marketing Project Managers on our team to support the delivery of thought leadership and other marcom-written collateral supporting our clients’ partnerships with leaders in business technologies
  • Manage projects from intake to final delivery working with creatives, agencies, legal, product managers, and marketing leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, creative, and web teams, to manage B2B content projects for a range of campaigns for marketing events (webcasts and virtual conferences) and for campaign assets (email and web-based content)
  • Partner with others (including great mentors) on the Liaison Account Team to support a wide range of marketing support projects
  • Work with the team to generate reports and analytics on campaigns for core team review (, Einstein Analytics; Tableau experience helpful but not required)
  • Have an opportunity to interface with multiple dynamic client organizations providing Liaison marketing project management support (presentations, solution briefs, and staging content)

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 4-6 years of Marketing Project Manager experience in a large corporate marketing or advertising agency setting is required. Tech products, software, and/or working with business partners (alliances) will be a plus
  • Experience with project managing content for events, webinars, sales conferences, or similar.
  • Some experience in a matrixed corporate reporting environment is essential for success in this role. Our client is of substantial size (but you are on a small team), and you’ll need to have interacted closely within a complex organization
  • You have marketing content experience from a project management perspective
  • While this team all works remotely, we are only hiring someone who is based in the central Texas area. Candidates applying from outside of the area must indicate their date-specific unconditional relocation plans in the “How does this opportunity fit you?” section of the application to be considered for this local position

  • Google Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to “marketize,” i.e., find the marketing angle for a piece and adapt it to the clients’ brands based on a foundational documentation
  • Salesforce or similar CRM; you’ll work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Einstein analytics tools in this role although you don’t need direct experience with those specific tools

  • Full employee benefits package includes 100% Liaison-paid medical and dental insurance
  • Paid vacation/sick and holiday leave
  • 401k program with company matching
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Paid group term life insurance
  • Optional supplemental insurance and life coverage
