Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring immediately for a fully remote Product Campaigns Manager to join our team supporting a leader in high-performance PC hardware, named on Newsweek's America's Most Responsible Companies 2022 list. As part of a highly collaborative team, this role manages multiple campaign projects with ad agencies and internal creative resources. You will have the opportunity to be on the ground floor for project launches, scheduling, budgets, brand compliance, and campaign launches for gaming and virtualization hardware. While this team works remotely, we are only hiring someone currently based in FL, OH, NC, MA, MI, MD, MN, TX, and VA.
- Be part of a highly recognized team with the opportunity to partner with leading ad agencies and first-class internal business leaders, project managers, and creatives
- Define workflows and schedule milestones from creative brief through campaign launch for multiple national and global marketing campaigns
- The primary point of contact with the in-house creative team and agencies to ensure dates and brand standards are met for all assets (video, animated banners, digital, and website skins)
- Collaborate with the Creative Campaigns Manager, mapping plans and resources for campaigns, driving projects daily, and communicating with account administrators
- Represent the Global Creative team in the launch and with agency meetings
- Own the campaign budget process (tracking estimates, approvals, POs, invoices, and aligning current scopes of work to in-progress campaigns)
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 4-6 years of experience in a Program/Project Manager role with marketing and campaign materials for digital, print, and web
- 2 years minimum of experience working in an advertising agency account-based role or with an in-house house creative team driving digital campaigns
- Experience working with creatives (designers, copywriters, production) on complex marketing materials
- Superior project timeline and work-back schedule development and risk assessment
- Agility and interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships and work across multiple departments
- Great attention to detail and a responsive, positive communication style
- Experience working budgets tracking and balancing spend
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or associated field
Skills:
- Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
- Experience using any project management software
