Hours/Duration: full-time ongoing

Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring immediately for a fully remote yet Austin-area-based Marketing Strategy Manager. You will be joining our team supporting a global enterprise client, voted by Fortune Magazine as one of the 100 best places to work! Supporting the development of the marketing vision and translating into a strategic roadmap will be a key focus. Experience partnering with executive leadership creating stakeholder communications and high-level meeting preparation is also part of this role. Experience with enterprise-level B2B for an in-house marketing team could make this a great career opportunity for someone seeking to leverage 7-9 years of professional experience.

  • Play an integral part developing and executing a strategic roadmap to drive the Global Marketing Organization’s evolution and behavioral change in a B2B or services space
  • Develop compelling narrative about the vision and transformation roadmap
  • Seek input from subject matter experts across marketing to inform strategic planning around areas to invest in, including technology
  • Understand complex stakeholder landscapes and develop a stakeholder plan to manage and influence key decision makers and influencers across the business
  • Drive strategic change management across a global organization, advocating change, maintaining team morale, and championing a growth/development mindset
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform medium-long term strategy
  • Lead, measure, and report on strategic initiatives in driving the intended outcomes, and communicate benefits realized to senior leaders
  • Support the CMO on strategic stakeholder (internal) communications and meeting preparation
  • Manage complex projects across a wide range of stakeholders and subject matter

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 7-9 years of marketing project or program support (Senior Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager, or Strategy Consultant) experience that includes some B2B content marketing projects with strategy and communications involvement
  • Previous experience supporting the development and evolution of a roadmap to drive strategic and behavioral change, ideally for a marketing organization in a B2B or services context
  • Experience in corporate marketing or marketing/advertising agency setting is required, with Fortune 500 business services strongly preferred
  • Understanding of marketing and sales capabilities, including how a global marketing function builds brand equity, develops client relationships, builds pipeline, grows market share, and leverages technology
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • You’re comfortable with building and managing relationships with other marketing functions and the business, across a global network, including effectively managing a matrixed organization
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to build depth of understanding and knowledge for a go-to-market priority in a short period of time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills geared to multiple stakeholder levels
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Understanding modern marketing and sales capabilities including marketing automation principles and content marketing

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
  • Project management tools experience a plus, especially Wrike
  • SharePoint, Google Sites, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce.com experience is a plus
