Liaison Creative + Marketing is growing and hiring immediately for an Austin-area-based Marketing Program Manager as part of the team supporting our Fortune 50 business services client. In this immediate, full-time ongoing Liaison employee position, you will work closely with key client stakeholders within our client company, providing tactical support to B2B communications and content delivery for integrated campaigns, specifically in support of our client's Cloud & Digital enterprise consulting services. As a client-services-oriented, hands-on program manager, you'll provide client services and tactical project support for integrated marketing efforts that include virtual events, paid strategy, content, campaign management, and email nurtures, with an emphasis on targeted, strategic, cross-aligned content pieces. This position is part of Liaison's team and is a great fit for a corporate matrix-savvy marketing PM with a passion for enterprise problem-solving, executive-facing communication, and maintaining a highly-regarded global brand.

  • As one of the embedded Marketing Program Managers on our growing team, you’ll support the delivery of a range of thought leadership and other Marcom written collateral from your home office during regular business hours via phone, video conference, email, and web-based tracking tools
  • Support the Accelerate Transformation campaign and other Cloud & Digital (C&D) marketers with strategy and tactics related to D&A and Cloud Transformation
  • Support the C&D marketing lead and brand team in planning and execution of tech capabilities focused “launch” in the market
  • Maintain and develop client-services relationships
  • Possible additional activities may include: Take a client-facing PowerPoint deck and work with stakeholders to create web content from it. Write up treatments for two-page solution brief things.
  • Track down SMEs for assets, and push for approvals as needed
  • Liaison is made up of problem-solvers with a client-services mindset, so your role may not be limited to the above. Various other responsibilities may include taking notes on conference calls for client delivery, PowerPoint editing, and other tactical/clerical tasks as needed

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 6-10 years of Marketing Project Manager experience in corporate marketing or marketing/advertising agency setting is required. Fortune 500, tech, software, and/or integrated marketing are strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in content marketing
  • Integrated marketing experience (virtual events, paid strategy, content, campaign management, email nurtures, etc.)
  • Experience in tech and/or in branding/messaging/positioning is a plus
  • Some experience in a matrixed corporate reporting environment is essential for success in this role. Our client is huge and you’ll need to have interacted closely with giant complex organizations daily at a functional level

  • While this team all works from their home offices, we are only hiring someone who is based in the Austin, Texas area.   • Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM
  • Solid foundation in navigating the complexities of integrated marketing campaigns including virtual events, paid strategy, content, campaign management, and email nurtures
  • Technology and/or branding/messaging/positioning a plus
