Compensation: Based 3 years of experience.

Hours/Duration: Full-time (40 hr/wk) ongoing employee

Liaison Creative + Marketing has a career opportunity for a Project Manager with a global leading-edge semiconductor company in high-performance computing and graphics. You will run the end-to-end execution and account management of a product labeling program and other marketing computer technology products. Your 3-5 years of Project Management experience with strong Excel skills will be used to establish project plans, run core teams, track progress, manage budgets, forecast, and build timelines. In this full-time, ongoing, full benefits, partial remote role, you will be part of a team with inspired leaders and great mentors.

  • Play a lead project planning role in managing a corporate-wide marketing service for computer labels working with global computer manufacturing companies
  • Review requests, monitor inventories, initiate orders, forecast needs, and maintain detailed Excel sheets, which will put you in a highly appreciated position!
  • Facilitate meetings, risk assessments, issue identification, and strategy discussions with project teams along with senior management
  • Set expectations with internal teams and vendors, guiding go-to-market processes to meet critical milestones. Manage meetings with regions and internal corporate marketing teams, preparing meeting minutes and status reports
  • In addition to the label program, you will partner with a Global Cycle Planning Manager on the planning of marketing launch collateral with growth opportunities
  • Manage execution of the global marketing campaign, including tracking and managing creative assets working with Regional, Global Campaign, and Digital Marketing teams

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 3 years of experience managing programs for numerous products and have lead cross-functional agendas and full project life cycles
  • Skilled at working with data (quantities, budgets, forecasts) with confident Excel skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, marketing, business operations, finance, or related field
  • Have used project management tools to optimized workflows
  • Working with global teams, exposure to the computer industry and marketing is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks within deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration developing deep relationships with key partners internally and externally

Skills:

  • High proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Mid-level Excel skills (sums, averages, and multi-sheets)
  • A self-starter who is incredibly organized
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Analytical skills, business, and financial skills a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
