Location: St Paul, MN 55144

Compensation: Based on 2-3 years of experience.

Hours/Duration: Full-time (40 hr/wk)

The Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opportunity for a Localization Producer with native-level knowledge preference for Simplified Chinese (Greater China), or Spanish (Latin America), or Spanish (Spain). Managing the localization of marketing, sales, and product content with content creators, localization vendors, and regional marketers, you will be part of the Global Content & Localization team. This is an excellent fit for someone with 2-3 years of localization experience, is technically skilled, and is fascinated by other languages and cultures. This is a full-time, full benefits, ongoing role.

  • Manage localization projects end-to-end, working closely with language specialists, internal business partners, external vendors, and other departments in marketing and sales
  • Plan localization efforts, manage timelines and expectations, coordinate resources, and interact with multiple departments
  • Collect business and content requirements from internal customers, drive project schedules, and communicate roadmaps, progress, and risks
  • Manage projects working closely with internal project teams and global localization partners to establish workflow expectations, align on progress milestones, and ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Lead projects by assigning tasks, tracking project progress, updating project team and management, identifying issues drive resolution
  • Identify and prioritize work and identify roadblocks
  • Collaborate & prioritize with brand, product, and regions thru the steps of the localization journey from scope to finish providing a quality customer & brand experience globally
  • Work with content creators, brand strategy owners, and regional activation teams to define and streamline processes upstream and drive best practices for globalizing content

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 2-3 years of experience in localization (translation, transcreation or cultural consultation)
  • Fluency in English and native-level knowledge of another language is required, preference for Simplified Chinese (Greater China), or Spanish (Latin America) or Spanish (Spain)
  • Experience working in another country is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with in-house or third-party translation management and content management systems
  • Bachelor's Degree with Localization certification preferred
  • Experience working with video adaptation and video editing software is a plus or a strong technical aptitude to learn
  • This role is in Southwest Austin, TX onsite or remote in TX, UT, MN, NC, or TN.
