Location: Round Rock, TX 78664 with significant remote work

Compensation: $24/hr (50K/yr)

Hours/Duration: Full-time schedule, originally budgeted for 9 months with possible ongoing employment

Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring an Production Artist with enterprise corproate and digital graphics experience to join our team supporting our high tech corporate client, a global leader in enterprise technology. This position is part of our client's in-house creative team, structured like an advertising agency, which we support. The initial full-time assignment pays $24/hr (50k/yr) is 9 months with likelihood of ongoing employment. This position is remote for the near future but will eventually be onsite in Round Rock at the client's global headquarters, but will still allow significant remote work.

  • Execute paid media advertising concepts and bring digital site assets to life
  • Work closely with Art Directors and other Designers to produce impeccable assets for web, digital display and print
  • Prepare final files based on supplied specifications for various mediums, including digital, print, video and out-of-home
  • Scale and adjust layouts to various shapes and sizes, including cropping or extending photography as needed to support asset versioning
  • Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
  • Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation
  • Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners
  • Create PDFs for print and client reviews
  • Prepare images for online and mobile applications
  • Catalog and reference art for future projects
  • Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time
  • Ensure brand standards across color, font, production quality and more
  • Help create a naming and organizational systems for high volume of creative assets
  • QA and prep files for development or client handoff
  • Implement client changes into existing design comps
  • Optimize files for accessibility
  • Localize existing design assets into multiple languages as needed

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 3+ years of enterprise level production design experience
  • Preferred experience working with web tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc
  • A proven track record of effectively working with art directors, developers and PMs
  • This position is remote for the near future but will eventually be onsite in Round Rock. Skills:

  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of UX production design principles, including responsive design technique
  • Concerned with resolutions, color and size accuracies, production values, and must know the difference between CMYK and RBG, spot color and process, a vector or a raster – and much more
  • strong typographic and layout skills
  • Excellent communicator and inter-departmental collaborator
  • Ability to build and maintain a systemic and highly organized design library
