Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team supporting our Fortune 50 client onsite in Maplewood, MN (remote for now due to COVID). Working with our internal team of creatives, corporate clients, and account leadership, you will be part of our collaborative tactical agency group as you manage the flow of marketing and design projects for one of the world's most recognized brands. Working with print, digital, and some interactive, you will always have a variety of projects with many internal clients. If you are looking to leverage 3-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably with enterprise-level B2B, this could be an excellent long-term fit!   • Be part of a highly collaborative team with outstanding Leadership, creatives, and marketing leaders who work on some of the most innovative products in the world
  • Work a variety of print and digital projects focused on marketing materials such as brochures, PPTs, eBooks, and some virtual experiences
  • Manage the process from intake (creative brief) through design/production to final delivery and archiving
  • Develop client-services relationships across many product lines and brands and build on our existing solid customer service reputation

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 2-5 years of project manager and account service experience in an ad agency or in-house corporate marketing group working on print and marcom production projects
  • Background in print design project management, explicitly marketing collateral
  • Proficient at building schedules and simultaneously managing multiple projects
  • Understanding of the creative process, including graphic file preparation and image specifications
  • Experience translating business needs into action items for creatives (including writing, production, design, animation, photo, video, etc.)
  • A degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience desired
  • This position starts immediately and will be remote for the moment due to COVID-19. You will eventually need to be working full-time onsite in our Maplewood office, so we are only considering local candidates.   • A customer service heart with a desire to build solid and lasting relationships
  • interest and desire to learn more about digital
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint basics
  • Adobe Creative Suite basics
  • Knowledge of file formats (print, digital, multimedia, and video)
  • DAM systems basics a plus
  • strong attention to detail, experience with rebranding (a plus) and ability to proof and keep a large number of project moving, and ability to work with several different clients (personality types)
