Location: Round Rock, TX 78664 but will be remote to start
Compensation: Based on 4-5 years of experience.
Hours/Duration: Full-time schedule, originally budgeted for 6 months with possible ongoing employment
Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a Associate Art Director to join our team supporting our high tech corporate client as part of their internal marketing team. You'll be involved in setting creative vision for project work and working with a team of copywriters and designers to execute that vision. Critical creative team member crafting breakthrough, original social content as well as product and brand marketing campaigns. This position is remote for the near future but will eventually be onsite in Round Rock.
- Collaborate daily with an embedded team of copywriters and designers
- Deliver creative work from concept to completion for web, social, video assets, and other design deliverables
- Take the lead in certain conceptual and operational capacities, commissioning photographers, artists or film-makers to work on projects
- Present concepts and team's work to clients
- 4-5 years of relevant experience (advertising agency background is strongly preferred) in roles as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer
- Proven experience in social and video/photo production; animation experience a plus
- Solid knowledge of social platforms and their capabilities and how to optimize creative for them (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Web-based creative portfolio demonstrating ability to develop concept-driven work

- Complete knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, After Effects (preferred), Illustrator and InDesign
- Knowledgeable in data-driven design and human centered design
- Solid knowledge of social platforms and their capabilities and how to optimize creative for them (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate creative to clients
- Excellent written and verbal skills and extraordinary attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in data-driven design and human centered design
