Compensation: Based on 1-3 years of experience.
Hours/Duration: Full-time schedule, originally budgeted for 9 months with possible ongoing employment
Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring an Account Coordinator to join our team supporting our high-tech corporate client as part of the internal creative agency. You will be part of a highly collaborative team for the day-to-day project management and end-to-end creative development process from creative brief through completion across marketing projects (web, sales tools, and integrated campaigns). This will be an excellent fit for someone with 1-3 years of Account Management experience!
- As an Account Coordinator, you will support PMs in day-to-day project management and tracks issues and risks
- Drive the completion and handover of assets, ensuring specs are followed accurately and all elements are delivered on time
- Schedule, support and facilitate internal creative reviews
- Develop and track end-to-end project plans for small projects
- Provide ongoing project update reports to internal leadership
- Ensure all team members are informed and briefed on the timeline and deliverables
- Proactively predicts and removes roadblocks that may delay a project timeline
- Prepare status reports and client contact reports
- Obtain necessary brand/legal/partner clearances on all assets
- Develops a deep understanding of the client's business from an operational perspective
- Interact with assigned clients and provides exceptional customer service
- Assists in managing project-level budgets
- 1-3 years in a digital environment, Advertising Agency Account Coordinator or project management experience
- Experience managing both offline and online creative development
- Incredible attention to detail when creating schedules, checking deliverables, etc
- Basics understanding if marketing campaign life-cycle
- Bachelor's Degree

- Knowledge of project management methodology preferred
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Clarizen, etc)
- Strong communication, organizational, planning, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills
