Hours/Duration: Full-time schedule, originally budgeted for 6 months with possible ongoing employment
Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a Marketing Content Program Manager to join our team supporting our high tech corporate client, a global leader in enterprise technology. As part of an embedded UX/Content team, you will partner with design leaders, developers, product owners and business partners to deliver experiences connecting people to technologies that transform the way we all work and live. Your role is multi-disciplinary, delivering value by enabling the design team to deliver their best work. You build strategic relationships across our client's organization to understand and empathize with people to help your team solve customer and business problems. This position is remote for the near future but will eventually be onsite in Round Rock at the client's global headquarters.
- Own the strategy on deploying various content delivery processes, working with UX Writers, Content Strategists and Product Designers
- This team will be responsible for building out a PMO of Content. You will help organize and quarterback numerous content needs â Work through Issues and Remove Barriers that come up and Help coordinate with multiple internal organizations
- Manage multiple content workstreams and tie them together to ensure that they are working in unison
- Think through: (1) How much content is required to spin up (2) What is the right blend of content? (3) Which parts of the content should be emphasized?
- This position will blend the entire B2B marketing path â From the client's largest commercial & federal customers with multi-year cycles to small & medium sized customers
- Own the coordination of the âLearn & Buyâ programs and how those 2 aspects translate into a uniform digital experience
- Develop and maintaining partnerships with product and engineering leadership to calibrate priorities, scope, and commitments
- Support the design leadership team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, information distribution and overall team health
- Enable the design team to work at their highest efficiency by improving internal and external team communication and process
- Proactively identify risks and resolving to avoid impacting the productivity of the team
- Advocate user-centered design methodologies
- Partner and collaborate with researchers, engineers, designers, product owners, and business stakeholders on all initiatives
- Maintain deep understanding of enterprise IT industry and competitor activities and new online strategies and tools
- 7-10 years of Project/Program Management experience specifically in a UX Design or Content strategy organization
- You have worked with Product Designers, UX Writers & Content Strategists and understand their roles in depth
- Familiarity with content delivery, cross delivery and collaboration will be key
- Experience as a user-centered design leader creating customer and business outcomes
- Experience creating Solutions within a product or program that connect to a broader strategic vision
- This position is remote for the near future but will eventually be onsite in Round Rock. - You'll use your content acumen, although you will not be responsible for creating content (The Content Program Manager will work with UX Writers, Content Strategists and Product Designers who will create content)
- Assertive & self-starter attitude yet also be flexible & adaptable in certain situations
- Familiarity with Content Analytics is a PLUS
- Good with Data and can defend Strategy with Data
