Compensation: Based on the requirement of 2-5 years of experience.

Hours/Duration: Full-time schedule, originally budgeted for 9 months with likely ongoing employment

Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring an eCommerce Merchandising Project Manager join the team supporting our high tech corporate client's partner marketing with AMD. As a member of our team embedded with our client company, you'll collaborate on the day-to-day execution of campaigns, pathing & navigation improvements, offer promotion, and online initiatives within our client's Consumer Online business. You'll be integral to ensuring the maximization of conversion, revenue-per-visit, and margin-per-visit metrics, and will deliver a high degree of output quality through critical problem-solving skills in a highly ambiguous and fluid environment. This is a good fit if you are looking to leverage 2-5 years of eCommerce experience into a high tech corporate role, supporting one of the leading technology sites globally.

  • Working with design team to develop site assets as part of promotional campaigns
  • Developing learning content in customer friendly terms to explain complex technology
  • Analyzing business trends to optimize operational metrics for the Online PC and Tablet business
  • Developing and executing a website testing plan to optimize website pages to reduce leakage/bounce rates and improve mix-shift and upsell
  • Reacting quickly and decisively to business pressures to maximize conversion
  • Maintaining a partnership with brand & sales teams to formulate and execute online merchandising for promotional campaigns, product launches, etc
  • Developing of innovative solutions for online marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating on, and project management of, long term site enhancements
  • Participating in cross-functional strategic initiatives

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • Your resume clearly shows 2-5 years in eCommerce, high-traffic online merchandising experience roles at the Project Manager or Project Coordinator level
  • Your cover letter ("How does this opportunity fit you?") clearly and briefly aligns this opportunity to your career goals
  • Demonstrated track record of sales effectiveness, with a strong foundation of effective marketing communications within B2C framework
  • Knowledge of Home & Commercial technology markets is preferred
  • Experience with online experience projects
  • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • While this role is likely to be remote for the near term, we are only considering local Round Rock and Austin area candidates.   • Strong grasp of the online/eCommerce space with excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of PC business across e-commerce landscape and purchase triggers
  • Passion for E-Commerce & online sales
