Duties & Responsibilities

Liaison has a full-time ongoing career opportunity for a Project Manager with PR or internal communications experience to join our team onsite for our corporate client in Round Rock, a leader in consumer technology. You'll embed with a collaborative, open, and transparent team to manage and elevate the perception of the organization with internal and external stakeholders. Main projects will include organization-wide process and tech change management communications.

This full-time Liaison employee position pays 74k/yr and is likely to be ongoing after an initial 8-month engagement. Most Liaison employee benefits, including 100% employer paid medical/dental, are available after 30 days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize awareness of our client's Knowledge Management Vision and the strategic importance of the SDS KM Transformation
- Develop and execute internal change communications for new technology launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement change communications
- Maintain editorial calendar and ensure accurate, timely delivery of all deliverable
- Draft communications in collaboration with subject matter experts

In order to achieve these goals, you'll be collaboratively involved in the creation of the following specific deliverables (among others):
- Presentations
- Kickoff meetings
- Quarterly summary at L4 QBR/All Hands
- Monthly update at L5 meetings/All Hands
- Meeting-in-a-box for Line Management
- Roadshows as appropriate
- Videos
- Quarterly Executive Video Updates
- Semi Weekly KM Initiative Video Updates
- Use Cases and Vignettes
- Web Page
- Repository of Presentations and Videos
- Links to Training Modules
- Master Calendar of events
- Moderated Q&A Forum
- Resources and Distribution
- KM and eServices Leaders
- Readiness and Adoption
- Business Enablement Network (BEN)
- Knowledge Enablement Network (KEN)
- KM Updates in Stakeholder Newsletters
- Print Collateral (banners / posters)

- Recognition for value contribution

Background & Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications or PR with exposure to Fortune 100-level corporate operations
- Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle is a plus

Hard Skills

- Experience with project management tools (please list relevant tools in the "how does this opportunity fit you" section)
- Experience with Email management tools
- Experience with internal communications tools, Jive and SharePoint a plus
- Experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations
- SharePoint a plus

Soft Skills

- Keen attention to detail and strong ability to hit deadlines, and push others to do the same
- Ability to build rapport with individuals in diverse roles across a huge organization

Details

This is a full-time employee position on Liaison's marketing team working onsite at the Round Rock campus of our global technology client. Ongoing employment is possible after an initial engagement of 6 months. Details will be provided during the interview process. We are seeking candidates with immediate local availability for in-person interviews. Compensation

$74k/yr
