Kristina joined the Liaison family in 2019 as the Studio Manager. As a certified project manager, she enjoys the fast-paced nature of project-based work, developing relationships with clients, and solving the puzzle of scope, schedule, and budget. In prior roles, Kristina led marketing and public relations efforts for a consulting firm, an arts education organization, and a human services nonprofit. Additionally, she has extensive experience on product marketing teams in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, financial services, insurance, and information technology.

Leaving behind the tropical humidity of the Gulf Coast, Kristina moved to Austin to be near the vibrant arts culture. You can usually find her at the Alamo Drafthouse, Austin Film Society, one of the city’s many live music venues, or volunteering with local nonprofits.

Molly joined the Liaison family in 2018 as a studio project manager. Her professional career began in her hometown, New Orleans, as a legal secretary at an oil and gas litigation firm. Eager to spread her creative wings, she began splitting her time between work as a ticketing and customer service manager for various music festivals across the country and as a brand coordinator for a boutique PR firm. Before moving to Austin, she gained invaluable experience as an account executive at a full-service New Orleans marketing and advertising agency. A creative type with a business mindset, Molly brings her go-getter attitude to her role at Liaison.

In 2018, Molly moved to Austin with her husband Anthony, and her Pomeranian pup-child, Bella. In 2020, she welcomed her baby boy, Rhodes, to the family. In her spare time, she can be found writing music and playing in her band MARGY. Molly also enjoys camping, crawfish boils, catching local concerts, and spending time with her loved ones.

If you remember Mad Men’s Peggy Olson, then you know exactly how Jodi got her start. Her career began at McCann-Erickson, where her talents for writing, proofreading, and organizing were quickly recognized. In no time, she became the agency’s favorite understudy in all departments. She switched to IT for a few years to hone her tech chops before returning to Creative. Over the years, she’s collected skills as if magnetized: technical writing, HTML, editing, copywriting, and project management, just to name a few. Her wardrobe of hats is invaluable in her role as Editor and Copywriter.

Jodi’s love language is cooking and baking. When it came time for her to decide whether to write or cook for a living, she chose writing because she wanted to make sure never to burn out on cooking. Her other creative outlets include decoupage and a variety of tie-dyeing techniques. She’s a self-professed word and typography nerd. But her very favorite activity is doting on her two beloved nephews.

Jill has been working as a Project Manager at Liaison since 2020. With more than 14 years of ad agency experience, she brings a unique perspective to all of her projects. From a Production Manager and cross functional team lead, it was a natural transition to Project Manager. She enjoys collaborating with clients and being a trusted partner from concept to execution.

Jill made the move from Chicago to Austin in 2016 after one too many winters. When not managing client projects, she has two young boys who constantly keep her busy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and working out.

In 2021, Dominique joined the Liaison family as a studio project manager. With more than 10 years of experience in project management, she loves to collaborate with clients and tackle tough projects.

In the summer of 2021, Dominique moved to Austin from rainy, gray Seattle. During that time, she adopted a little chorkie mix, Shiloh – who is now an office favorite. When Dominique isn't working, you can find her in cooking, bouldering, or in her garden. Dom loves to hike, catch concerts, and spend time with her closest and dearest friends.

Jumping in with more than 13 years of experience as a graphic designer, Sadie was adopted by the Liaison family in 2018. Starting as an embedded graphic designer for their clients, she was later brought into the Studio in 2021. She loves producing innovative solutions for clients while sharing the latest memes with her teams.

Sadie has been in Austin long enough to remember when Franklin Barbecue didn’t have a line around the building and Torchy’s was still just a food truck. When she’s not on the hunt for something delicious, you can find her on the hunt for missing Lego with her husband and two boys.

Emily is the newest member on the studio team! She joined us May of 2022 with more than seven years of experience in marketing and advertising. After graduating from Texas State University in San Marcos, she began her career as a Marketing Assistant for a credit union in Austin, Texas. There, she did graphic design production and social media scheduling and posting, as well as events for different promotions new location openings. She then moved onto ad agency life for more than four years, where she worked as a Media Planner and then eventually tapped into being a Media Ops Manager. Her agency work covered large campaigns, using her problem-solving skills to provide the client with exceptional results. With a level head amongst the chaos and being a Jane-of-all-trades talent, Emily brings a lot to the table as a project manager at Liaison.

Emily is a true central Texan and has lived in the area most of her life. She enjoys traveling to new places, attending live concerts, doing DIY projects (she recently made a disco ball and finished a pottery class), eating the best tacos, and enjoying time with friends and family.
