A Fortune 100 company spins off a major division, prompting a total rebrand of all print and digital collateral. Liaison’s Micro Team marketing services provided the perfect solution at the right price.

With the spin-off of the division, they tasked their external advertising agency with developing the company’s new name and brand identity. Once determined, there were thousands of items that needed to be updated—marketing collateral, packaging, video, and web content. It would take months and millions of dollars for the outside agency to get it done. Liaison showed them a better way.

Liaison scaled up our onsite internal creative marketing services team by adding 30 professionals designers, copywriters, videographers, and project managers—complete with the hardware, software, infrastructure, and management required to successfully rebrand all collateral in less than 90 days—at a fraction of the cost their outside agency would have charged. By using an outsource marketing team integrated onsite at the company’s offices, they optimized the review and approval process, keeping costs low and reducing turnaround times. Once the rebranding was complete, we scaled the group back down to its normal size.
